If our clients identify a good staff member who contributes to the business, and wish to retain them, even if the circumstances suggest a resignation or termination of employment may be easier, we are prepared to have the difficult conversations and take the time and effort to find an alternative path to preserving the employment relationship.  E.g. The Employee may be underperforming in a current role and all things considered needs to understand that a prior or lessor role that preserves the employment is a better option.
